|
Antimony is a human-readable, human-writable modular model definition language (Bioinformatics article). The software package available with the language includes libAntimony, with which you can customize your own software to read and write Antimony models, QTAntimony, a GUI text editor for creating Antimony models and translating models to and from SBML, and the command-line converters antimony2sbml and sbml2antimony. All are available from http://antimony.sourceforge.net/
