Everyone else has offered some great feedback, and I'm in agreement with all
of it.

The two things I would add to it are:
1. Could you line up the left of the "Undergraduate Programs" content with
the left of the PoR logo at the top? That would make the design feel a
little more "together."

2. Would you consider darkening/lightening the brown for the top nav bar?
Feels like it needs a little more contrast.

Otherwise, this is excellent. Take what Rick/Terry/Dan have said into
account and you'll be in great shape. Thanks for sharing!
