[Accessibleweb] Target Online Assistive Technology Guidelines

As I read these articles about the Target case, one of the
more remarkable things I notice is the "Target Online Assistive
Technology Guidelines", which is an impressively concise and
up to date statement of accessible Web design. I still need
to read through it carefully, but it looks pretty good.

Looks like the Target "Guest Experience" department took the
problem of accessibility seriously (possibly motivated by the
National Federation for the Blind lawsuit).
Please look over the Guidelines document and share what
you think. How complete and useful a statement is it? Do you
see any glaring holes in their approach?
