[Accessibleweb] UWs new Web Color Palette

Thanks to a blurb in the IT Connect News, I as looking at UWs new web color palette this morning.

They do a good job of addressing accessibility and readability in the descriptions, but I as concerned that some of the examples used on page 3 have low contrast (i.e. #8E632A on #39275B background). What does everyone think?
