Cal State's Strong Push for Accessible Technology Gets Results

California State University complained strongly to Apple when it offered iTunes U as a way make lectures, tours, and other stuff available to students - the iTunes interface did not support closed captioning and made no allowance for blind students. Cal State chose not to use iTunes U on its 23 campuses and aggressively pushed Apple to improve the service. Apple did.
