Comnplex Computer Models will be presented. During days two through
five, particiants will be involved in a hands-on experience. They
will use mathematical and statistical models to analyze experimental
data they collect in the CRSC/Math Instructional Research Lab
(see www.ncsu.edu/crsc/) on the NC State University campus.
Tutorials on modeling, mathematical and statistical methodology and on
the physical experiments being used will be given. Participants working
together in small teams will collect data and analyze it using
mathematical and statistical software provided.
