That looks like good stuff; do you have experience implementing them?

Personally I'm neither a wiki expert nor a wiki advocate. The advantages 
I see (and tell me if I'm wrong) of Wikia over a FAQ-O-Matic are: gratis 
third-party hosting, and the ability to upload files such as 
screenshots, rc files, and patches. Also, unlike a mere FAQ, a wiki 
could be extended to include content like bug reports, roadmaps, and 
even this sort of discussion.
