[Alpine-info] URL detector doesn't detect all valid URLs...

alpine's URL detector doesn't recognize URLs that follow the "IDNA" standard,
or maybe any that have non-ASCII characters in them.

For example: http://www.hörnquist.se/

The URL detector selects "http://www.h"

I simply noticed this from some emails on an internal mailing list.
