[Alpine-info] Alpine keeps removing my draft(postponed) folder

This is the design. Although you obviously disagree with it. The Draft
folder is created when needed (a message needs to be postponed and
there is no Draft folder) and removed when "not needed" (no more postponed
messages exist). I imagine the ratinale for this is so that you do not get
to the situation where you are asked to continue postponed messages in an
empty Draft folder. Testing for the existence of messages in a folder may
be expensive over IMAP.
There is no workaround for this behavior. This is the way that Alpine
behaves.
