I left that blank and I'm still queried about what to do with stuff in the
inbox.

Rather than seeing the time in 24-hour format, I want to see the month and
date.

Hm.. putting 'm' there does the trick. Upon startup, Alpine complains
that it's already on the main menu, which strikes me as not the Right
Thing to do.
