Hi Iosif,

In general, I recommend to pack text files (such as csv, HTML, TeX, or 
any source code) into a BZip2, gzip, ZIP or similar format. This keeps 
them from being garbled (and broken) by mail servers, and it helps to 
avoid that messages are flagged as spam.
