[Alpine-info] How to select an entire e-mail in pico?

I agree. The only thing I can suggest is that you pipe the message to a 
program that can save it to the clipboard. I believe that this depends on 
the windows manager you are using. I know there a few of them, but I do 
not recall their names now.
