[Alpine-info] a message filter is not running

What messages do you expect to be moved? Alpine-alpha list traffic
generally does not have a From: header of
From: alpine-alpha-request at mailman1.u.washington.edu
Did you confuse the SMTP Return-Path with the From?
In addition, IBM Domino is not high on the list of good IMAP servers, so
it can indeed be a cause of some of your problems.
