[Alpine-info] How to override the inbox-path setting in pine.conf?

In our global pine.conf file, I have this setting:

inbox-path={mail.cc.umanitoba.ca/novalidate-cert}INBOX

This works correctly, but if I want to override this by putting:

inbox-path={mail.testing.umanitoba.ca/novalidate-cert}INBOX

in my ~/.pinerc file, my INBOX is unchanged. I thought that
settings in the per-user config file were supposed to override
settings in the global config file. Is this not the case? Is
something special with the inbox-path variable? The debug log
shows the files being opened in the correct order.

The only way I can get this to work is by pointing alpine at
another global config file with the `-P' options.
