I've occasionally edited individual emails in my postponed-msgs folder
on-disk on the server, on the rare occasion that doing that is easier than
recreating the message I'm composing. (Then I delete my
~/Maildir/.postponed-msgs/dovecot.index.cache file.) The most annoying one
for me is setting the SMTP server when I've used the wrong role. Anything
else I usually change/need is editable in the UI (From:, Fcc:, Bcc:,
etc.).

Best,
Ben
