[Alpine-info] word search in index limited by screen width

Alpine isn't using an editor in the setup/configure and address book 
screens, as far as I can tell.  The Alpine editor has Pico's 
functionality, but it does not appear to be separate from Alpine.  If it 
is separate, I would like to compile with Nano instead -- is that 
possible?
