[Alpine-info] Separating postponed-continuing and new message creation

That doesn't really count as a different "command", I don't think.  
"C" is still the create message command, the next character is answering
the postponed message prompt.

My point is to avoid the postponed message prompt unless I already know
I want to continue a postponed message.
