[Alpine-info] set Sort Options by Folder or shortcut key?

Press M S R O to set up a per folder sort rule. Once there you can see 
that there are other things that can be configured.

If you have enabled [X] Enable Take Rules, then all you need to do is to 
press "T" in the index screen for the folder that you want to set this up 
and choose the "O Other" option.
