[Alpine-info] Using arrows to change folder collection in Save

Hi,

In Pine, I was able to switch between folder collections while Save-ing 
using the up and down arrow keys.  In Alpine it looks like the arrows have 
been replaced with ^P and ^N.

Is there a configurable way to get the arrow functionality back?

P.S. I do already have Arrow Navigation turned on.
