[Alpine-info] New install of Alpine 1.1 gives error 'configuration file not changeable

Hello to all,

   My ISP changed over some things and Alpine is having problems. 

I tried a scratch install but still have errors. 

  The Config does not let me make the needed changes. 

Simple things like entering values into the server addresses give a '
configuration file not changeable' error. 

Also an ongoing problem is the insecure server prompt.  I have to give 
name and
password over and over
and since the ISP changed a simple thing like:

mail.myisp.net to Mail.myisp.net

I can't get on with Alpine at all though their webmail does work. 

The error I get from insecure server is:

Alpine Insecure Login box
Authentication required
Host mail.myisp.net{INSECURE}
Login
Password

This gives: Trouble reading remote configuration


The initial problem seems to be I can't access Setup > Config and don't 
know how
to unlock that much. 

Then please answer about this insecure login and how I can bypass all the
logins. 

I am the sole user of this account and alpine.
