[Alpine-info] order of prompts suddenly changed

i am using the alpine rpm from rpmforge.  is has been 1.10(962) for a 
while but recently it was updated to fix things so that pine.conf is in 
/etc.  anyway, now when i reply or forward, it asks me the role question 
first, and that used to be last.  now my fingers are all confused and do 
the wrong thing.  but i can't find anything in the config that seems to 
control this.  what am i overlooking?
