Nope. "Except" there are filter sets that you can configre in - but they
don't work for PGP/MIME, which is supposed to be The Future of GPG in
email.

You could use fetchmail to download them from your mail provider to your
computer, and then process them on your computer.

You can easily use torify - although it will leak DNS queries, it's pretty
good. Alpine has no built-in proxy settings that I know of.
