[Alpine-info] missing headers (fwd)

Yeah it looks like it does also have the problem in pine and kmail,
although I hadn't seen it before in them.

On the one with no from/to/date/subject I see this:

So this would point the finger at dovecot having some corruption of this
data? I would assume it just parses this from the message in the maildir,
but it all looks fine when I look at the message there..
