for me works it fine in ALPINE 1.10(962) with Chappa's ALL patches.

You have to setup "Reply use without confirmation" and move it at the first
position. If you have other Roles with 'reply use with confirmation" before
the rule "replay use without confirmation", then it always asks to use "reply
use with confirmation" rule.

Better than To-pattern is to use Recipient (To or Cc). But if you are recipient
because of Bcc, the patterns doesn't work, because it cannot find your mail
address in To or Cc and Bcc is not copied in the message.

If you want to check also the emails sent you using Bcc, you can check the
other headers, if you find your email, e.g. Delivered-To:.

If still does not work, could you open .pinerc file and copy config lines
pattern-roles.
