[Alpine-info] nl_langinfo(CODESET) returns unrecognized value

Alpine is just using the value returned by nl_langinfo(CODESET) as the 
default character set. If we need to do some patching (I kind of agree 
that we probably should do something) then I guess the patch would be a 
wrapper around nl_langinfo that takes the output of nl_langinfo and 
rationalizes it into one of the values from the MIME standard set. I can 
work something like that up.
