[Alpine-info] image attachments in html mail

The cid: URL is a reference to another attachment within the email.
If you were to look 'raw' mail spool file, you'd see multiple mime parts.
I know this doesn't help you much ... what I personally do is bounce the
mail to my yahoo account but then my mail server is a 15yr old P60 and I'd
never attempt to bring anything resourse heavy like a GUI app.
