[Alpine-info] long MIME encoded-word subject lines

Just a note on superiority of Alpine:  In Pine 4.60, and earlier versions, 
subject lines would often be loaded with jibberish beginning with 
something like this: =?ISO-8859-1?  Now Alpine correctly interprets these 
subject lines (many come from Amazon.com, by the way) and displays 
readable text.  Thank you, Alpine.
