[Alpine-info] Option to allow Resending a mail

Or, while composing the original message (if you know that you want to 
re-send the message later):

1- add "postponed" to your FCC: header (instead of "sent")
2- Send original mail
3- Use compose and select previously sent email from the postponed folder
...

Of course, you won't have a copy in your sent folder then! Unless you make 
the "sent" folder your default "postponed" folder ;-)
