I gave Apple details about bugs. Apple ignored them.

I've given up complaining about the bugs in Apple software. I'm more
interesting in promoting alternatives, preferably open-source alternative.

It is not possible to evaluate a product effectively without using it.

Apple ought to listen to its critics. You don't get good product feedback
from sycophantic fanboys. Apple should have learned that lesson from the
early 1990s.

The competition is listening.
