[Alpine-info] Win 95 & AlPine?

I have Visual Studio so I could recompile it - I'll see if I can compile
it with Windows 95 settings in the next few days and see if that works.
(I think the default compile on the UW site is run with Windows XP
settings.)
I'm not affiliated with anybody - so if you're uncomfortable with it,
you can get a friend to do it for you.
