[Alpine-info] S/MIME

Alpine 2.00 built from FreeBSD ports.

Okay, so tech-notes.txt has messages about configuration of S/MIME 
variables, but I'm not finding them in setup-->config, and for supported 
options I'm seeing the below.

Is there another patch that needs to be applied?
