[Alpine-info] _TIMEZONE_ become 0000 when convert-dates-to-localtime set

Hi,

I observed that the variable _TIMEZONE_ become +0000 when 
convert-dates-to-localtime option is set.

This is with alpine 2.00 on OS X.

IMHO the timezone variable should change to the local time zone 
when convert-dates-to-localtime option is set. When 
convert-dates-to-localtime option is set it is actually more 
important to have the timezone variable, e.g. in reply-leadin, 
since the date and time noted there will not be the date and 
time of the original e-mail sender.

Is this a bug?
