[Alpine-info] Trailing whitespace stripped even with NoFlow

When Alpine 2.00 sends a message with format=flowed, trailing whitespace
is stripped. That is understandable.

However, Alpine provides an option to disable format=flowed at send time
with ^V (NoFlow). This does indeed disable format=flowed, but Alpine
_still_ strips trailing whitespace in this case.

Alpine also strips trailing whitespace when postponing a composition,
even though it has not yet asked whether the message will eventually be
sent as format=flowed.

All this happens even though the “Strip Whitespace Before Sending”
option is disabled. The only workaround is to turn on “Do Not Send
Flowed Text”.
