[Alpine-info] defaults of forwarding flowed format

Hi,

when we forward original email that was in flowed format but without the 
correct headers, in alpine 2.0, alpine seems to add these 
incorrect defaults:

Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; CHARSET=US-ASCII; DELSP=Yes; FORMAT=flowed
Content-ID: <Pine.OSF.4.64.0902091619252.382239 at kosh.hut.fi>

The text lines then "clump" together with spaces removed.

Is this a known bug in alpine 2.0? Will it be fixed in the next release, 
which is out when...?
