[Alpine-info] SVN revision number ...

I'm attempting to keep up to date with the latest Alpine snapshot.

I've noticed that the Alpine snapshot revision number will sometimes 
change without any apparent file changes (today it went from 1189 to 
1199). Is this an SVN configuration problem on my end?
