[Alpine-info] forwarded message appearing ABOVE/parent of message forwarded from

I think there are other instances where I have seen this, but here is a 
reproducible case.

I forwarded an old message from myself (to keep track of which episodes of
a podcast I've listened to -- I try to NOT keep them both in iTunes and
on my phone, but sometimes do, so want to make sure which episodes I've
listened to).

So I forwarded myself an old message.. and the reply appeared threaded BEFORE 
the message I forwarded:

+ D 19671 Jun 15       |-To: Matt Acke  (2K) medispective/vgn listened to (fwd) 

This seems wrong.  Why doesn't it appear below the message I forwarded?
