Even when they're one line, one has to resize(*) the window running alpine
to see the full URL on the "open URL" prompt.

I've never figured out why, but sometimes alpine can't properly open
the URL even though (after resizing) it seems to recognize it fully, and
copying/pasting the URL from that prompt into my browser works fine.

(*) because of course, I run with 80 column wide windows the vast majority
of the time.
