I was having the same problem.  The trick is to realize that the order of 
the roles in the roles list (M S R R) determines which will be chosen. 
(Shift a role in the list using $ U for up or $ D for down.)  To really 
get what you want, you might even have to create multiple roles for 
business and multiple roles for personal.  You have to put the roles that 
trigger based on participant at the top of the list.  Those that trigger 
based on folder go further down the list.  It's all about the order in the 
roles list.
