I agree - I did not intend to imply to notify anybody concerning
US-ASCII, based on Marks report that it is a legal subset of UTF-8.
Other than to tell them it is acceptable as Mark reports. I was just
curious as to why it is reported when the user apparently setup for
UTF-8. I accept default of using the US-ASCII charset.

Now that you point it out, I see it changed about the time I first
replied to this thread! Which was a reply to your message reported
as ISO-8859-15; I don't know how it converted, I did not consciously
do it. But I did change my charset at that time to UTF-8.
