[Alpine-info] sending from command line

I have rebuilt 2.00 from
http://staff.washington.edu/chappa/alpine/patches/alpine-2.00/alpine-2.00.tar.gz
and now the following command works perfectly

pine -I ^X,y
      -subject xxxxx
      -signature-file=''
      -fcc-name-rule=default-fcc
      address
      < file

(I had to add two options to override my default .pinerc).
