[Alpine-info] replying to empty subject field - change to e.g. "RE: (no subject)" from "RE: your mail"

I sent patches to this list in January[1] that allow exactly that.  Not 
sure of the exact version you'd want to apply them to, since I think I 
generated them against a 'git-svn' checkout of the old alpine snapshots 
repo.
