Ahh Virtual users not Virtual mailboxes(different thing(think New Mails
from all mailboxes or such like))
If you mean you want to access them directly without an IMAp server
in between then no it's not possible. But with an IMAP server(i.e.
dovecot) it should be possible simply putting localhost and the username
you use to login to the account.
