[Alpine-info] Alpine and Gmail issues

Not a 'real' answer, but Gmail's IMAP is apparently not 'real' IMAP.

Also, can you < arrow out, then > back in?  That was the answer I was given
long ago for reopening a connection.  (I too wish it would realize the
connection was closed due to timeout, and 'just work', or at least ask..)
