[Alpine-info] authenticated LDAP searches

Greetings,

We have users who ssh into system and launch alpine (2.x)


Is there any way to offer (non-anonymous) authenticated LDAP searches to 
users in alpine?


Preferably we want it to be system-wide (/etc/pine.conf)
but we can also consider  ones that involve ~/.pinerc
