[Alpine-info] Broken links from some mailers

It just seems to be from some mailers. The one that led me to ask was
Produced By Microsoft Exchange V6.5, but I wouldn't know if the writer
broke it on purpose.

After seeing Eduardo Chappa's note about a patch, I found the 2.00
snapshot in my backups and applied his patch. That gave me the option he
noted and it worked well although it wasn't tagged with carets. Then I
recompiled 2.01 from re-alpine on sourceforge and found it gave me the
same option: edit the URL.

Thanks guys, I guess the answer was always there and I just didn't
exercise RTFM correctly. Sorry for the intrusion on your day.
