There is an option 

 [X]  Thread Sorts by Arrival

which will do what you want, but put the last message/post arrived in the 
last thread, not the first. If you were to reverse order, that would 
reverse the full thread, and that would not work. If you want threads and 
not their messages to be reversed, you need to apply a patch in my page
and then configure the option
