There's not much functional difference between the two.
'H' + 'E' adds an mbox 'From ' line at the beginning, and (weirdly) adds
a blank line between the headers and the message. Otherwise, the two
approaches are identical. Both start with the same message text, as
delivered by the IMAP server, and both include all message parts / MIME
boundaries / etc. (Tested with a few messages with varied attachments.)
H E is easier to type and makes the file usable as an mbox. Seems
preferable.
