[Alpine-info] maximum number of messages per folder exceeded

Well, nobody's officially working on alpine anymore, so someone would have
to do a patch.

But 2G or 4G seems kind of ridiculously huge. I'm not sure, does alpine
keep some sort of array of all of the messages? maybe not, maybe only
the ones being shown at one time??

i.e. if there IS some kind of list (even a cache) kept around, seems like
raising it that big might only work for a 64 bit process.

and wow.. I thought I was being silly by having almost 30K messages in one
mailbox.
