I just added the mailcap entries that Roman mentioned, then recompiled
Alpine with topal.  Hey presto, no crash.  So, we've narrowed down the
problem further... the topal patches for alpine don't correctly trap
the case where the mailcap doesn't tell them what to do with
PGP-related Mime types.
