[Alpine-info] CentOS 6 upgrade breaks JPEG attachment viewer

People should read Damion's message. I think he figured out the problem
and explained some possible solutions. The message from Iosif suggesting
to try twice is also right, in my experience.

For me this problem happens very often when I have an HTML attachment that
I try to view in chromium-browser. By the time the browser is running and
looking for the attachment in /tmp, it has been deleted. If I could make
Alpine pause for 5 seconds before deleting the file, that might fix it.
It often works the second time, probably because memory has been cleared
for the browser so it starts faster the second time.
